TGM believes in quality first. To ensure accuracy and consistency, each process is inspected, optimized and verified that it has been done correctly. Through our internal i-check system, each individual involved has a responsibility to ensure that the strict tolerances are met by actively participating in our continuous improvement approach.This includes:

All machined components are carefully checked and measured to ensure they meet exacting tolerances.
Molds are tested and checked to ensure that they produce the highest quality parts and meet with customer criteria and cycle time goals.
Parts are inspected in our Quality Control lab for proper dimensional characteristics specified.
