Job Description:
The employee will be performing various job duties including but not limited to following:
- Mold testing of single and multi-cavity molds and stack molds
- Processing new and refurbished molds to customer specifications
- Trouble shooting during in house mold testing
- Assembling and disassembling molds in the testing machine to troubleshoot
- Assembling / disassembling and fitting of molds during slow periods
- Measuring and dissecting tested parts to produce a Quality Assurance report (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD an asset but training will be available)
- Onsite customer assistance and in-house customer technical support and commissioning of molds

Qualifications:
- Completion of College diploma and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Injection molding setup and processing experience.
- Experience in mold testing and mold machine setup is required.
- Experience with HUSKY machine is preferred.
- Experience or Knowledge of Ms. Office and AutoCAD preferred
- Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Availability to work different shifts and weekends when required.
