Job Description:
The employee will be performing various job duties including but not limited to following:
- Set up and operate one or more injection molding machines which mold plastic products according to specifications.
- Perform mold changes, adjust equipment for production line change, machine start-ups, lock outs and shutdowns as required.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and adjust equipment, machine settings and molding process to produce quality parts.
- Mold testing of single and multi-cavity molds and stack molds.
- Processing new and refurbished molds to customer specifications.
- Trouble shooting during in house mold testing.
- Assembling and disassembling molds in the testing machine to troubleshoot
- Assembling and disassembling and fitting of molds during slow periods.
- Inspect molds for correct set-up and check to ensure proper materials are at the machine prior to start.
- Ensure cycle time, weight and mold change requirements are followed.
- Measuring and dissecting tested parts to produce a quality assurance report to ensure conformance and product requirements are met.
- Perform onsite customer assistance and in-house customer technical support and commissioning of molds.
- Maintain inventory of material and clean working area.
- Work in a high precision environment and contributing to maintaining the specifications of design.
- Work in a team environment.
- Work with established TGM standards and practices.
- Complete work that you are responsible for in a timely and productive manner.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager when required.

Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or college diploma and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Injection molding machine setup/process experience.
- Experience in mold testing and mold machine setup is required.
- Experience with HUSKY machine is preferred.
- Experience or Knowledge of Ms Office and AutoCAD preferred
- Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Availability to work different shifts and weekends when required.
