  • TGM premises are fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art precision machine centers; with our complete climate-controlled facility, we are able to manufacture highly complex, precision components
  • Our machining capabilities include but are not limited to CNC turning, large 4 & 5 axis machining, high-speed milling, surface grinding, non-round universal grinding, jig grinding, jig boring, EDM, deep hole precision drilling, and mold testing.
  • TGM utilizes its preparatory comprehensive fixturing system, which allows accuracy and repeatability and reduces the set-up and manufacturing time while increasing the precision and orientation of machining the part.
  • TGM is a firm believer in lean manufacturing. It has invested in manufacturing MRP systems, which give us complete visibility and are designed to prevent costly downtime while increasing manufacturing efficiency and quality. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced process engineers who use our proven MRP systems to schedule, plan, and integrate the manufacturing processes of each part and anticipate bottlenecks ahead of time.
  • Through the principles of lean manufacturing, each component is pushed through our continuous workflow system until the final assembly/shipping stage.

QUALITY ASSURANCE  DEPARTMENT

TGM believes in quality first. To ensure accuracy and consistency, each process is inspected, optimized, and verified to have been done correctly. Through our quality assurance system (i-Check), each individual involved has a responsibility to ensure that strict tolerances are met for each component.
